Forte Corp Pictures Pty Ltd – Unsolicited Submissions Policy

 

​The Forte Corp group does not accept or consider unsolicited submissions of any kind, including scripts, screenplays, treatments, pitches, formats, story ideas, concepts, artwork or other creative material (“Material”). We only consider Material submitted through a recognised literary agent, lawyer or other practitioner with whom we have an existing relationship, or that we have specifically requested in writing.

If you send us unsolicited Material, it will not be read, reviewed or retained. Please do not send it.

By sending unsolicited Material, you acknowledge and agree that:

​

(a) no member of the Forte Corp group has requested the Material and none of them are under any obligation to read, consider, return, keep confidential or respond to it;

​

(b) from your submission, no confidential, fiduciary, contractual or other relationship, and no obligation of any kind (legal, equitable or otherwise), arises between you and any member of the Forte Corp group;

​

(c) the members of the Forte Corp group develop, produce and receive a large volume of creative material, some of which may be similar or identical to your Material, and you will have no claim against us in respect of any such material; and

​

(d) you are not entitled to any compensation, credit or other consideration in connection with your submission.
